These terms govern access to geda.vn and the use of information, forms, content, and services provided by CÔNG TY TNHH CÔNG NGHỆ VÀ THƯƠNG MẠI ĐIỆN TỬ ÂN VŨ TECH (the company’s registered Vietnamese name; “GEDA”, “we”, “us”). By continuing to use the website, you confirm that you have read and agree to the applicable terms.

1. Website information

Public content describes our general capabilities, process, and service scope. Specific prices, features, schedules, acceptance criteria, warranties, and commitments apply only when recorded in a quotation, order, agreement, or other written confirmation between GEDA and the customer.

2. Service agreements and delivery

Before work begins, the parties confirm scope, required inputs, milestones, fees, and coordination responsibilities. Out-of-scope changes may affect cost and schedule after mutual confirmation. If documents conflict, the separately confirmed customer agreement takes priority unless it conflicts with mandatory law.

3. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate, lawful information, content, accounts, access, and feedback within the agreed time.
• Ensure that you have the right to use all text, images, trademarks, data, and materials supplied to GEDA.
• Protect login details and promptly report suspected unauthorized access or use.
• Review deliverables and respond according to the confirmed acceptance criteria and timeline.

4. Payment, invoices, and third-party costs

Customers pay according to the schedule and method in the applicable quotation or agreement. Domains, hosting, software licenses, platform accounts, payment gateways, and other provider costs may be charged separately under third-party terms and will be disclosed before they are incurred. GEDA issues and adjusts accounting documents in accordance with tax and accounting rules.

5. Refunds

GEDA does not promise an unconditional refund for a change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction. Refund requests are considered under the Refund Policy, the applicable service agreement, and mandatory law.

6. Intellectual property

GEDA and its licensors retain rights in brands, platforms, source code, tools, libraries, processes, base designs, and materials that existed before a project. Rights to a specific deliverable are defined in the applicable agreement and may depend on full payment. Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

7. Prohibited use

You must not use the website or services to break the law; infringe another party’s rights; distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent content; scan, disrupt, or bypass security; copy or exploit intellectual property without authorization; or unreasonably interfere with systems or other users.

8. Third-party services and links

Some functions depend on infrastructure, domains, payment gateways, app stores, social networks, or other providers. GEDA selects and integrates these services with reasonable care but does not control third-party policies, technical changes, or outages. We remain responsible for correcting errors within the implementation scope we agreed to handle.

9. Availability and limitation of liability

GEDA works to keep the website available and deliver agreed services. Maintenance, Internet failures, force majeure, or third-party services may cause temporary interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not permit exclusion or limitation, or removes a consumer’s statutory rights.

10. Complaints and disputes

Send a description and supporting documents to [email protected] or through the Contact page. The parties will first seek a practical, good-faith resolution. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved under Vietnamese law by a competent authority.

11. Changes to these terms

GEDA may update these terms to reflect changes in services or law. Updates will not be applied retroactively to reduce rights already confirmed for a customer unless required by law or agreed lawfully by both parties.
